Character Information
Name: Fareeha Amari, Callsign: "Pharah"
Canon: Overwatch
Canon Point: Just after the Temple of Anubis mission (Comic: Mission Statement)
Age: 30 (Age is slightly less than stated on the wiki, since I'm not taking her from present day.)
History: Pharah's History
Personality:
If there was one value that Pharah could uphold at the expense of all others, it would be her sense of justice. From her early childhood and onward, she was raised on stories of honor and glory--not just from the decorated soldiers in her own family, but also the friends and comrades that her mother shared. These were not just men and women with whom her mother served. These people were a part of her family, and their strengths and victories that she heard so much about were the building blocks of the expectations that she would set for her own life. They inspired her to join the army, even against her own mother's wishes, and to rise through the ranks at incredible speed. She wanted nothing more than to join Overwatch and to fight by her family's side for the protection of the world and for the sake of justice.
And to that point, to say that Pharah has a driven personality would be an understatement. She's the type of person to zero in quickly on what to wants and to focus all of her energy on that one goal. It is implied that had Overwatch not disbanded before Pharah was able to join, she would have readily been accepted within their ranks. But rather than be discouraged by having her dreams pulled out from under her, she refocused her path to achieve a similar goal: employment at Helix Securities, what could arguably be considered an indirect successor to the disbanded Overwatch organization.
In many areas, Pharah is a lot like her mother: strong and passionate and unyielding in the face of danger. But there are places where they also differ greatly. She remarks that her mother dreaded the unknown, but Pharah herself thrives in it. She lives for the excitement and adventure of pitting her skills against unexpected circumstances. She strives for the satisfaction of overcoming whatever challenges her job presents her with. But rather than reckless thrill-seeking, her means are careful and methodical, requiring snap--yet sound--judgment that others' lives depend on.
But despite her reverence for justice and the protection of others, until recently Pharah herself was viewed as rather cold by her comrades. Her dedication to the cause was so great, that she considered both her life and the lives of her companions to be worth the sacrifice. No single person was more important than their goal. This led to some strain between her and her team, especially after the Anubis mission left her in charge of the unit. But her captain left her with these parting words just before he died: "Your squad is your mission. Your family." It made her realize that her family was more than just her mother and her old friends. Her family was also the people that she now fought beside and protected, just as her mother had. And while personal relations are still not her forte, she's begun to make a concentrated effort to change that.
Abilities & Skills:
Pharah has no supernatural abilities of any kind, but she does have other skills of a less magical nature. Her mother taught her martial arts at a young age, and she would have training in both armed and unarmed combat from her stint in the Egyptian Army. She would also have knowledge of basic survival skills, navigation, resource procurement, and military strategy/tactics. She progressed through her military ranks quickly, eventually reaching officer rank, so it's safe to say that she's very proficient in these skills.
When wearing the Raptora Mark VI, Pharah has the following abilities:
I am, however, opting to not bring her suit with her to this game; so this information may be moot.
Inventory/Companions:
Choice: Monster (Harpy)
Reason: Pharah in Overwatch is incredibly bird themed. She's one of the few characters in the game that's capable of flight (with a design that includes actual wings), and her armor itself is called the Raptora. She also has a tattoo just below her eye called a udjat, or the Eye of Horus. Horus himself is typically depicted as a falcon. So, basically it would be a crime to make her anything but a Harpy.

I have some threads here and here with castmates.
I also have some older stuff from a previous game, but that's outside the timespan that you asked for by about 1.5 years. But I'll link them here in case you're curious as to how I've played her in a game proper before:

When wearing the Raptora Mark VI, Pharah has the following abilities:
- Barrage: Launches a continuous barrage of 90 micro-rockets from the shoulder and thigh compartments that lasts for approximately 3 seconds.
- Jump Jet: Allows the power suit to launch into the air at a rapid speed. Launch height is approximately thirty feet.
- Concussive Blast: The launcher on her wrist shoots a concussive blast that knocks unsecured structures back approximately fifteen feet from the point of impact.
- Falcon Rocket Launcher: The armor comes with a separate rocket launcher that is capable of holding 6 rockets before requiring a reload. The rockets explode upon contact with any solid surface.
- Hover: The Raptora Mark VI allows for a short burst of hovering/gliding, most efficiently used after the Jump Jet. At maximum height, gliding distance is approximately 100 yards before touchdown.
I am, however, opting to not bring her suit with her to this game; so this information may be moot.
Inventory/Companions:
- Clothes - Standard issue flight jacket and pants, tank top underneath
- Her army tags - a chain necklace with two simple metal discs with her name, personal identification, rank, and blood type listed
